Uniform heating thanks to vertical convection currents of steam
By placing the steam outlet at the bottom of the container, we’ve created vertical convection currents of steam to reduce temperature variations. Choose from rack-style, drip-proof, and steamer dollies based on your application.

Bidirectional horizontal and vertical steam convection for more uniform temperature
The addition of horizontal steam convection currents means even less temperature variation so that you can consistently prepare products such egg custard and slow-boiled eggs that demand fine-grained temperature control.

TS-1600

•Use in a wide range of applications, including steaming of confections and foods, sterilization of bottled products, and thawing of frozen foods.
•Steam is used efficiently to facilitate energy savings while eliminating almost all temperature variation. Lack of temperature variation makes possible consistent quality control.
•Ideal for general steaming use and high-temperature (98°C) cooking and sterilization.

TSA-1600

•Type TSA models have even less temperature variation, allowing them to be used for medium-temperature (80°C) cooking and sterilization as well as low-temperature (70°C) cooking and sterilization in addition to general steaming use and high-temperature sterilization.
•A recording gauge (optional) facilitates temperature management, while an exhaust blower eliminates steam from the compartment after steaming work is complete for enhanced safety.
