•Type TSA models have even less temperature variation, allowing them to be used for medium-temperature (80°C) cooking and sterilization as well as low-temperature (70°C) cooking and sterilization in addition to general steaming use and high-temperature sterilization.
•A recording gauge (optional) facilitates temperature management, while an exhaust blower eliminates steam from the compartment after steaming work is complete for enhanced safety.
