ANT-L

  • Pounding
  • Water
  • Electricity

Quiet yet powerful. And capable of high throughput.

A crank-type pestle, which is distinguished by its quiet operation and low level of vibration, can pound quantities of glutinous rice ranging from about 0.7 kg to about 7 kg.

商品説明

•The integrated, gapless mortar lacks a rotating plate on the bottom, eliminating motor failures caused by water leaking out from the gap between the rotating plate and the mortar. In addition, the integrated mortar is Teflon-coated for easy cleaning and exceptional sanitary performance. (See left picture.)

•Shinagawa’s proprietary turning blade moves up and down while the rice pounding machine is operating for efficient pounding, turning, and mixing of ingredients such as mugwort. In addition, the blade features the same Teflon coasting as the mortar so that the dough won’t stick, ensuring sanitary operation. The pestle is also Teflon-coated, so all surfaces with which dough comes into contact have a non-stick finish that makes the product easy to clean. (See right picture.)

•Crank-type rice pounders… The pestle moves down until it is several millimeters from the bottom of the mortar to pound the rice. Since it stops several millimeters from the bottom, vibration and noise do not become problematic. Work times are shortened, too, yielding unprecedented work efficiency.

Rice pounding (plain rice cakes and shrimp rice cakes)

(1) Place steamed glutinous rice into the mortar.
(2) Rotate the mortar and initiate pounding operation with the turning blade in the lowered position.
(3) Press the pestle button to pound the rice.
(4) This completes the process.
With this simple series of steps, Shinagawa crank-type automatic rice pounders prepare rice cakes that are sure to satisfy in about 3 minutes.
